The Kinesiology program prepares graduates for a future in a variety of disciplines. You will have the opportunity to seek employment in health-care sectors including:

  • Registered kinesiologist;
  • Ergonomics;
  • Fitness and health promotion;
  • Fitness tester, trainer, consultant, manager;
  • Kinesiologist;
  • Medical equipment supply and consulting ;
  • Orthotics, prosthetics;
  • Pharmaceuticals; and 
  • Research laboratories;

You will also be prepared for professional or graduate studies in these areas:

  • Allied Health professions, including:
    • Diagnostic ultrasound;
    • Radiological technologist; and
    • Respiratory therapist.
  • Biomechanics;
  • Chiropractic;
  • Exercise physiology;
  • Exercise rehabilitation;
  • Health science;
  • Health psychology;
  • Human neurophysiology;
  • Medicine;
  • Motor behaviour;
  • Motor control;
