Ruth Simpson holds a Medical Laboratory Technology diploma from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. She is currently working towards completing her Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences degree at UOIT.

Prior to joining UOIT, Ruth worked in clinical practice as a registered medical laboratory technologist and point-of-care co-ordinator. She is currently teaching across disciplines in UOIT’s Medical Laboratory Science program.
